Sample Service Agreement For My $350 Wedding Ceremony With Rehearsal Package
This is what I agree to do when you book your wedding ceremony and rehearsal with me for a formal wedding. It may be changed depending on your wedding ceremony.

Marry Me In Indy agrees to:

Included in your wedding package is:
You are responsible for obtaining your own marriage license. If you live in Hamilton or Marion County, I will be happy to return the marriage license for you in person and send you two certified copies within a week of your wedding. If you license was issued in a different county you will be responsible for returning the license yourself. Per Indiana state law, you have 30 days to return the license to the clerk that issued it. ANYONE can return a marriage license - It can be done by mail, however I do not recommend it. I will be the person officiating your wedding. I will not subcontract your wedding to anyone else.
If there is an emergency and I will be physically unable to perform your wedding you will be notified immediately and I will do everything within my power to find a suitable replacement to perform the already agreed upon ceremony. If I am unable to find a replacement, you will still have all of my ceremony information to use any way you wish and I will refund your fee in full.
An “emergency” is a last minute occurrence.

Fee: $350
- A $100 non-refundable retainer is due to save your date and time.
- The $250 balance is due 30 days before your wedding.
- Refunds - minus the deposit - are available if you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled appointment. (30 days or earlier before your scheduled date.)
- Payments are received online and over the phone through Square.

Included in your wedding package is:
- One in-person meeting - This is not a requirement. We can do everything by email, phone and text. This meeting is to answer any questions you might have about getting married and using my tools to choose or create your own ceremony. We will go over the details I’ll need to help make your rehearsal and ceremony run smoothly. A personalized ceremony is not part of this package.
- Unlimited emails, texts and phone calls.
- I will be at your wedding 45 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- You will have up to one hour past your scheduled start time to get married - You can start up to 30 minutes late.
- I will be at your rehearsal 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- You will have one full hour to rehearse.
- I will lead your rehearsal or work with the person leading your rehearsal.
- We will complete the marriage license together. - If you are already legally married we can skip this. It doesn’t change the price of the service. I am happy to be discreet and not let anyone know that you are already legally married.
- I will perform a ceremony of your choosing. If you have no preference, I will perform a ceremony appropriate for the wedding.
- You have pre-written ceremonies to choose from or you may personalize your own ceremony any way you choose. I will only edit for clarity.
